Understanding and preventing workplace aggression and violence

According to Safe Work Australia, more than one million Australians experience workplace violence or aggression each year. These behaviours can range from verbal abuse and threats to harassment or physical assault, yet many incidents are never reported.

Most organisations know they have both a legal and moral responsibility to protect their people. Yet many workers stay silent.
