Health and Safety Policy

1. Purpose

Ergomazing Pty Ltd trading as Trust Culture is committed to providing and maintaining a working environment
that is safe and without risks to health, so far as is reasonably practicable.

This policy establishes the framework through which health and safety risks are identified, assessed, controlled
and monitored in connection with the delivery of training and consultancy services.

Health and safety considerations are integrated into operational planning, travel, client engagement and service delivery.

2. Legislative compliance and due diligence

Trust Culture operates in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and associated regulations
when delivering services in Victoria.

When delivering services in other jurisdictions, Trust Culture complies with the Model Work Health and Safety Act and relevant
state or territory legislation.

In Victoria, duties are owed primarily to employees under the OHS Act. In other jurisdictions, duties are owed to workers under WHS legislation.

Regardless of jurisdictional terminology, Trust Culture is committed to protecting the health and safety of all individuals engaged to perform work
on its behalf, as well as clients and other persons who may be affected by its activities.

Where individuals are not captured by statutory definitions, Trust Culture recognises and upholds its common law duty of care.

The Director exercises due diligence by:

  • Maintaining current knowledge of work health and safety matters
  • Understanding operational risks associated with service delivery
  • Ensuring appropriate resources and processes are in place to eliminate or minimise risks
  • Verifying that risk management and reporting systems are implemented and functioning

3. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • The Director
  • Workers (as defined below)
  • Clients and other persons who may be affected by Trust Culture’s activities

For the purpose of this policy, worker includes employees, independent contractors, consultants, subcontractors and volunteers engaged by Trust Culture,
regardless of the jurisdiction in which services are delivered.

Legislative terminology may differ between jurisdictions. This policy adopts the broader definition to support consistency and comprehensive risk management.

4. Risk management framework

Workers

Workers report hazards, incidents and safety concerns through the Employment Hero platform. The system provides controlled access to policies, risk documentation
and reporting tools, supporting traceability and accountability.

Clients and third parties

Clients and third parties may report concerns via the Trust Culture website reporting form or by emailing the Director directly.

All reports are reviewed in a timely manner. Corrective and preventative actions are implemented as appropriate. Where required, investigations are conducted using
evidence-based methods and in accordance with principles of procedural fairness.

Reports are handled confidentially to the extent reasonably practicable.

5. Roles and responsibilities

Director

The Director, Victoria Beresford, holds the primary duty of care and is responsible for ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable,
that workers and others are not exposed to health and safety risks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
  • Providing adequate resources to manage risks
  • Maintaining effective risk management and reporting systems
  • Consulting with workers on health and safety matters
  • Monitoring safety performance and implementing improvements

Workers

Workers must:

  • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others
  • Comply with established safety procedures
  • Report hazards, incidents and unsafe conditions
  • Participate in consultation, induction and ongoing training

Clients

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a work environment that meets applicable legal standards
  • Communicating known hazards associated with their premises
  • Providing relevant emergency and site-specific safety information
  • Cooperating in the management of identified risks during service delivery

6. Wellbeing and support

Trust Culture recognises that psychological health is integral to overall safety.

Where serious incidents occur, external Employee Assistance Program services may be engaged. Workers are provided with access to wellbeing resources
and role-specific safety training relevant to identified risks.

Employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance. Independent contractors are required to maintain appropriate public liability and professional
indemnity insurance.

7. Monitoring and review

This policy is reviewed at least every six months, or earlier where required due to legislative change, incident trends or identified control gaps.

Trust Culture is committed to continuous improvement and incorporates feedback from workers, contractors and clients into its safety management processes.
