AI Governance Statement

Ergomazing Pty Ltd trading as Trust Culture uses Artificial Intelligence tools in a controlled and accountable manner to support the efficient delivery of training and consultancy services.

AI is used to assist with tasks such as structured drafting, information organisation and analysis of non-confidential material. It is not used to replace professional judgment, legal interpretation or decision-making responsibility.

All client deliverables are subject to human oversight and professional review to ensure:

• Alignment with current legislation and regulatory requirements
• Contextual accuracy and relevance
• Removal of bias or inappropriate content
• Suitability for the client’s operational environment

Trust Culture does not input confidential, sensitive or personally identifiable client information into publicly accessible AI platforms. AI use complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), contractual confidentiality obligations and any client-specific restrictions.

Where clients have specific governance requirements, including limitations on AI tools or platform usage, these requirements are respected and incorporated into project planning.
