You don’t have to feel alone

If you believe you are being mistreated by a manager or team member at work and don’t know who to turn to, reach out to Trust Culture.

We provide independant, confidential support and coaching to help you navigate harmful workplace behaviours. This service is available remotely across all states and territories, ensuring you can access guidance no matter where you are. We focus on listening, supporting and equipping you with practical strategies to prioritise your wellbeing and help you move forward.

While we are not counsellors and do not provide legal advice, we can clearly explain your workplace rights and guide you to appropriate health and safety resources if needed. Sometimes, simply having someone outline your rights is all you need to feel confident taking the next step.

Appointments are available after hours and on weekends. All sessions are strictly confidential, providing a safe space to discuss your experiences without fear of judgment.

Take the first step toward a better life at work. Start with a free 20-minute consultation today.
