Workplace aggression experts committed to creating safer workplaces
Trust Culture helps organisations prevent workplace aggression, strengthen respectful workplaces and create psychologically safer environments.
Our practical, evidence-informed approach combines operational experience with workplace health and safety, leadership and adult learning principles to help people recognise risk early, make informed decisions and respond safely.
Why Trust Culture exists
Every person deserves to feel safe at work.
During decades of operational policing, workplace investigations and leadership, we saw the significant personal and organisational impact of workplace aggression and violence. We also saw a common pattern: many incidents could have been prevented through earlier recognition of risk, stronger leadership and practical skills.
Trust Culture was founded to help organisations move beyond simply responding to incidents. Our focus is prevention. By helping people recognise risk early, communicate effectively and respond with confidence, we help create workplaces where people feel safe, respected and supported to do their best work.
Our training philosophy
Training should do more than increase awareness. It should build confidence, strengthen judgement and develop practical skills people can apply every day. That's why our programs combine workplace health and safety principles with contemporary adult learning practices to create engaging, practical learning experiences.
What sets us apart
We don't believe people learn by memorising legislation. They learn through relevant examples, realistic scenarios and meaningful discussion. Every program is tailored to your organisation, your people and the challenges they face, helping participants turn knowledge into confident action.
