- Adapt or incorporate Trust Culture materials into internal programs
- Represent Trust Culture intellectual property as their own
Access to training materials does not transfer ownership or create any licence beyond the limited rights described above.
Trust Culture reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorised use is identified.
7. User-generated content
If you submit content to Trust Culture, including testimonials, reviews or feedback, you grant Ergomazing Pty Ltd trading as Trust Culture a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content for legitimate business purposes.
